Directions

When reaching Exeter, take the main A30 Okehampton and Launceston road and follow the A30 until you come to the junction for St Austell
At the roundabout take a left exit for St. Austell (approximately 1½ hours on the A30.)
Turn off left towards St. Austell and follow the A391 all the way until you come to the bottom of the new road and the traffic lights.
Stay in the left hand lane and turn left, follow the road up to the roundabout (landmark, The Britannia Inn) take the 2nd exit sign posted Par, Fowey and follow the road for approximately 100 yards.
Turn right onto Cypress Avenue and proceed up the private road, under the railway bridge until you reach the crossroads.
Turn right, onto Beach Road for 50 yards where the Bed & Breakfast is situated on the left hand side.
